- We seal off our work area from your living area to create a contained work area.
- Fog the attic out with non toxic disinfectant to neutralize the level of airborne contamination in the attic space.
- Apply a commercial grade bleaching agent to remove stains when and where necessary.
- Then treat all the wood in the attic by spraying it with our fungicidal application, penetrating to the root of the mold deep inside the wood, killing it, and helping to prevent it from ever coming back.
- Fog out the attic AGAIN with our non toxic disinfectant, for any airborne spore before we close the attic.
- Decontaminate the work area we sealed off below the attic space using hepa vacuums and fogging more non-toxic disinfectant.
- We are now free to break the containment and fine clean our way out of your home, leaving behind a protective barrier on the wood in your attic to help prevent future regrowth.

Proper ventilation of the attic space should have soffits that work as intakes for the attic ventilation, then ridge vents, gable vents, motorized vents, or box vents near the peak of the roof to exhaust the air. (You do not want more than 1 type of exhaust vents because the higher elevated exhaust vents can pull in air from the lower exhaust vents, sometimes rendering the soffits and creating improper circulation.)
A properly ventilated attic space extends the life of your home's roof. Proper roof ventilation will remove heat and moisture from the attic space. If an attic is not properly ventilated, trapped heat and moisture can raise energy costs, cause ice dams, promote the growth of Fungi and damage your Roof System.
